This cache has been placed by London Colney Scouts as part of the the Geocaching badge.
The original coordinates were wrong, sorry I used my phone and not the trusty Garmin to plot the location. They are now correct
You will have to come off the footpath a little bit to find this three. The cache is at ground level and you will have to find it by feeling for it.
