I have made this a difficulty 1 and a terrain 1 as it is a relatively easy find.
I found this historical site to be very interesting. The title of the cache comes from a 1930 story in Robert Ripley's column "Believe it or Not". There are two components to the cache site. The large component is 250 years old. The small component is 150 years old. The site as a whole is larger than a bread box and smaller than a water tower :)
