Is this Wise?.... Traditional Geocache

Read handling before retrieving, please.

Since it’s close to Halloween, I thought I’d put out a differently themed cache.  This one’s a little creepy and may take you by surprise when you find it.  You may think to yourself “is this wise?” then when you find the host it will all come together.

Handling - PLEASE be very careful when making the grab...  Slow and steady, there should be no need to remove the actual thing holding the host in place, just pull gently and the host will “float up”.  Replace carefully and as found.  If you have any issues with this at all or if it seems like nothing makes any sense or the host could be missing, message me right away.

This location currently is desolate, I wonder how long it will stay this way but for now (October 2017) it should be easy to get without to much suspicion.  I chose this particular option to have some bush coverage when retrieving.
