This church has a number of personal connections to the CO….
I was married to ‘the wife’ in 2004 at the church. Sadly a couple of weeks later my father’s funeral was conducted here and some of his ashes are interned in the graveyard. And my mother has helped in the church and vicarage for a good few years. So what better place for me to put a Church Micro cache!
The Church
The church was almost entirely rebuilt in 1875. However, I remember a school trip (I went to Ormesby Primary School) where we were shown where you can see some of the original stone work from the original Norman church.
More history is given on the church’s website:

The Cache
The cache is a clip-lock box tucked away. There is space for a couple of swaps. Please replace as found. As I live in London now my mum, who lives just round the corner, will keep an eye on it for me. I took a number of GPS readings but I think the tree cover was confusing things. I have therefore given a generous hint.
