Information needed for calculating each cache’s final location needs to be collected in Wallingford town centre. All the physical caches are out of the centre of Wallingford (within 2miles of given coordinates) in a more rural setting affording great views of South Oxfordshire. They can be collected together in a walk of around 2.5-3 miles. As such, these caches are not suitable for cache and dash seekers.
Parking waypoints for Wallingford and a layby suitable for 2 (maybe 3) cars useful for collecting the caches are included on CM11201 Mary-le-More GC7D0RH .
The original medieval church was destroyed in the 17th century. The church was rebuilt over 100 years later. The church can be opened for visitors, information on obtaining a key is on a sign on the gate.
