During our geocaching adventures we often see evidence of war, hate and aggression. It is fun climb into a WW2 bunker and to explore it, but we should never forget the reason why they are there and what they represent.
This week it is the Week of Peace, so let's join together at this location at the border of Germany and the Netherlands to remember to work on peace. At this location there is a memorial for peace, which was placed in 1969. There is text in 8 languages, which nowadays still apply. Wondering what it says? Come to the event and read it yourself!
During this short Meet&Greet there is time for geochatting, TB discovering and swapping, exchanging wooden coins, etc.
