Geocache Description:


This fine pair is located in the picturesque Dartmoor village of Belstone. Belstone is located within the boundary of Dartmoor National Park and offers some superb views and access onto the Moor. The population of Belstone is approximately 250 people and is located 3 miles from the town of Okehampton. The village is recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 as 'Bellestam'. The village has a number of interesting features including a pair of stocks, reference point 1. From the village green there is a lovely view of Belstone Tor and Cosdon Hill as well as access to the River Taw at the bottom of the valley.

At the posted coordinates you will find the fine pair as well as a very interesting building behind them. You will need to find the postbox number which is EXAB CDE.
