Der Puppenbrunnen

"Der Puppenbrunnen steht in Aachen, [...] Der Brunnen stellt Verschiedenes dar, was Aachen ausmacht, nämlich Pferd und Reiter (Reitturnier), Marktfrau (Handel), Prälat (Kirche), Modepüppchen (Textilindustrie), Professor und Harlekin (Lehre und Kultur), und Karnevalsmasken (Karneval). Das besondere ist aber: alle Figuren haben bewegliche Gelenke, damit lassen sich die Puppen in verschiedend Posen bringen. Das wird auch viel genutzt, dadurch findet man die Puppen von Tag zu Tag ganz unterschiedlich vor.

Der Cache

Der Cache selbst ist virtuell - d.h. es gibt vor Ort keine Dose zu finden - aber ihr müsst dennoch eine Vor-Ort-Aufgabe erfüllen um ihn loggen zu können:

• Macht ein Foto von der aktuellen Pose einer der Figuren - damit dokumentiert ihr sozusagen eine Momentaufnahme aus dem Fluß ihrer ständigen Veränderung.
• Hängt das Foto an euer Log an. Hinweis: nur selbst vor Ort gemachte Fotos sind gültig (also keine aus dem Internet). Eine Mail/Message an mich ist nicht nötig

Da die Figuren mit ihren Gelenken aber geradezu dazu einladen, schlage ich euch alternativ folgende Foto-Aufgabe vor: Lasst die Puppen tanzen!

• Stellt zB etwas dar indem ihr die Figuren des Puppenbrunnens in Posen bringt, gerne auch mit Hilfe von weiteren Accessoires (gff. mitbringen).
• Inzeniert beispielsweise eine Szene oder den Titel eines Buchs, Films, Theaterstücks, Heldenepos, Märchens, Musicals, Liedes, Redewendung...
• Fortgeschrittene könnten sich auch einer selbst ausgedachten Geschichte versuchen. Ich bin gespannt was euch so einfällt!
• Beschreibende, lustige, und/oder surrealen Titel sind bei euren Fotos auch sehr willkommen.
• Gerne könnt ihr eure Fotos auch auf der plüschigen Bühne (640px/1280px) präsentieren die Petite Peti extra für euch gemacht hat!

The Puppet Fountain

The "Puppenbrunnen" is a fountain in Aachen. It is is decorated with different puppets and masks; amongst others with a horse and rider, a market-woman, a prelate, a professor, a harlequin...

The special feature of the puppets is, however, that they have moveable body parts, so the puppets can be put into different poses. So their poses vary from day to day.

The Cache

The cache istself is virtual - no container can be found - but you still have to fullfil a task on-site to log it:

• Make a photo of the current pose of one of the puppets - thereby you document a snapshot of its everchanging poses.
• Add the photo to your log. Please note: only photos which you did shoot yourself on-site are valid (that means nothing from the internet). A separate email/message to me is not neccessary

Since their moveable body parts are rather tempting however, I propose you an alternative photo-task: play with the puppets! Sorry, the german idiom sounds more manly, but is untranslatable :)

• Depict something by moving the parts of the puppets of the fountain into poses. If you want, use additional accessories to help you (don't forget to bring them with you).
• For instance, re-enact a scene or the title of a book, a movie, a theater play, a musical, a fairy tale, a song, a figure of speech...
• Advanced players could even try to invent a story of their own. I'm curious about what you will show us!
• Descriptive, funny, and/or surreal titles to your photos are very welcome.
• Petite Peti drew a nice plushy stage (640px/1280px) which you can use to present your photos.
