Willkommen auf dem größten Bahnhof Europas!

Dieser Virtual Cache ist für alle, denen der öffentliche Nahverker gefällt. Beim Berliner Hauptbahnhof kommen Fernbahn, Regionalbahn, U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Straßenbahn, und Busse zusammen auf einem Knotenpunkt. Vom Berliner Hauptbahnhof kann mann viele Reisezielen erreichen, ob in Berlin oder ganz Europa. Oder doch einfach hinsetzen und dem geschäftigen Treiben zuschauen.

Der Berliner Hauptbahnhof wurde am 26 Mai 2006 eröffnet. Er ist der größte Kreuzungsbahnhof Europas. Mit täglich etwa 300.000 Reisenden und Besuchern steht er nach Hamburg, München und Frankfurt (Main) auf Platz vier der meistfrequentierten Fernbahnhöfe der Deutschen Bahn. Logbedingung:

Geh auf einem von den 14 Bahnsteigen im Hauptbahnhof und entwertet ein Fahrschein. Wenn du keine Ticket brauchst, nimm einen Zettel und stemple diesen im Entwerter ab. Mach ein Foto von diesen Fahrkarte/Zettel und, wenn du möchtest, dich oder dein GPS, in deinem Lieblingsteil vom Hauptbahnhof.

Bitte beachten, dass die Entwerter kein Datum im gewöhnlichen Format abstempeln, sondern die Wochennummer, die letzte Ziffer der Jahreszahl, und den Wochentag.

Logs ohne entsprechendes Foto (eine im Hauptbahnhof entwertete Fahrkarte oder Zettel vom selben Tag als dein Logeintrag) werden kommentarlos gelöscht!

This Virtual cache is for everyone who loves public transit. At Berlin's Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) many modes of transportation come together at one transfer point: long-distance trains (Fernbahn), regional trains (Regionalbahn), Underground/Metro (U-Bahn), suburban trains (S-Bahn), trams (Straßenbahn), and buses. From Berlin's Hauptbahnhof you can reach many destinations, whether in Berlin or all of Europe. Or you can just sit down and watch the world go by.

Berlin's Hauptbahnhof was opened on May 26, 2006. It's the largest station in Europe with crossing train lines. With about 300,000 daily travelers and visitors, it is the fourth most frequented station in Germany, after Hamburg, Munich, and Frankfurt am Main. Logging Task:

Go onto one of the 14 platforms in the Hauptbahnhof and validate a ticket. If you don't need a ticket, take a small piece of paper and stamp it in the ticket validator machine. Take a photo of this ticket or piece of paper somewhere in the Hauptbahnhof. If you want you may also include yourself or your GPS in the photo.

Please note that the validator does not print the date in the usual format. Instead, it prints the week number, last digit of the current year, and day of the week.

Without a picture which includes a validated ticket or piece of paper from Hauptbahnhof on the same date as your find log, your log will be deleted without warning!
