We ♥ Meßdorfer Feld (3.0) ♻ Cache In Trash Out Event

Wiederholung des beliebten Aufräum- und Putz-Events mit Mitbringbuffet

Wir treffen uns zum dritten Mal und räumen das Meßdorfer Feld, ein Naherholungszentrum als Teil des „Grünen C“, auf: Müll entfernen, Tafeln und Bänke putzen, usw.

Wer vorbildlich sein möchte reist bitte mit dem Fahrrad an; der Weg kann vermutlich beim gerade laufenden „Mit dem Rad zur Arbeit“ und „Stadtradeln“ verbucht werden.

Dank meines Chefs dürft ihr — wie beim vorigen Mal — alle mit ⮡ tarent markierten Parkplätze, inklusive solcher mit dem Zusatz Besucher, für die gesamte Dauer des Events mitbenutzen. Auch unsere „Party nach dem Event“ findet in den Räumen der Firma statt; bitte macht hinter euch sauber, wenn möglich, und es wäre nett, wenn ein oder zwei Cacher ’was länger blieben und mir helfen, alles wieder in sauberem ordentlichen Zustand zu hinterlassen. (Danke schonmals!) Letztes Mal hat das alles wunderbar funktioniert, und es haben sich viele Freunde gefunden.

Treffzeitpunkt: Mittwoch 2017-09-27 18¹̶⁵̶–19⁰̶⁰̶ Uhr auf dem Meßdorfer Feld zum Aufräumen; hinterher bei ⮡ tarent zum Signieren des Logbuchs; Klaafen; Travelbugs und Geocoins, Tips und Telephonnummern tauschen und über weitere GPS Stash Hunts reminiszieren.

Grundsätzlich bringt bitte jedes teilnehmende Team eigene Ausstattung (Handschuhe, Müllsäcke, Greifer, (umweltfreundliches) Scheuermittel, Schwamm, Putzeimer, …) mit. Ich werde allerdings versuchen, von allem (auch heißem Wasser) einiges dabei zu haben, aber das reicht sicher nicht für alle.

Es wäre nett, wenn jeder Teilnehmer was zu Knabbern (Fingerfood — Kuchen, Kekse, Frikadellen, Fladenbrot, …) mitbringt, damit wir nach getaner Arbeit uns noch kurz „um die Ecke“ verziehen und feiern können. Unten im Listing findet sich eine Tabelle, in die ich die Mitbringsel eintrage, sodaß jeder sehen kann, was noch fehlt; bitte gebt die bei eurem Will Attend, oder später in einem neuen Notizlog, an, damit ich die mitkriege.

Repeat of the well-liked trash removal and cleanup event with DIY buffet

We’ll meet for the third time to clean up the Meßdorfer Feld, a regional recreational centre part of the “Green C”: remove waste, clean and polish informational panels and benches, etc.

Those wishing to lead the environmental activity should please arrive by bike; the way can likely be booked at the currently-running “Mit dem Rad zur Arbeit” and “Stadtradeln” campaigns.

Thanks to my boss you are (again) allowed, as an exception, to use all parking lots marked as ⮡ tarent including those marked Besucher (“visitor”), for the entire duration of the event. Additionally, our “party afterwards” (see below) will happen in the building; please take care to clean up after yourselves if possible, and I’d be glad if one or two cachers can stay after and help me to bring any areas we used back to pristine, clean state. (Thanks in advance!) This worked very well last time, and many cachers found new friends.

Time of meeting: Wednesday, 27ᵗʰ September 2017, 18:15–19:00 CEST (local time) on the Meßdorfer Feld (the field) for the cleanup; afterwards at ⮡ tarent to sign the logbook, chat a bit, exchange Travelbugs and Geocoins, telephone numbers and hints, and reminisce about other GPS Stash Hunts.

Every team that wishes to log an “Attended” brings their own CITO™ equipment (gloves, waste bags, picker arms, (environment-friendly) cleaner and polish, sponge, bucket, …): although I aim to bring a little bit of everything (including hot water), this certainly won’t be enough for everyone.

It would be nice of every attendee to bring something to much on (finger food — cake, cookies, meat balls, pide bread, …) so we can “hop around the corner” after working and have a small party. Below you’ll find a table in which I’ll note the stuff everyone brings; please note them with your Will Attend or in a separate Note log afterwards so I get informed.
