The 1st cache placed in the newly developed suburb of Throsby.
Located near a newly constructed pedestrian/cycle underpass, you may have to approach from Harrison or walk across from a nearby road in Throsby. There were still some fences up at the time of placement, but access to the cache is unrestricted.
