Jedną z atrakcji Kudowy Zdroju jest Ogród muzyczny im. druha harcmistrza Władysława Skoraczewskiego, znajdujący się na terenie parku zdrojowego. Na terenie ogrodu pośród zieleni umieszczono metalowe atrapy instrumentów muzycznych: fortepian, kontrabas oraz harfa. Dodatkowo obok znajduje się pulpit dyrygenta.
Harcmistrz Władysław Skoraczewski żył w latach 1919-1980. Był inicjatorem i dyrektorem artystycznym pierwszego Festiwalu Moniuszkowskiego w 1962 roku. Był śpiewakiem operowym, solistą Teatru Wielkiego w Warszawie, dyrygentem, instruktorem harcerskim, założycielem i kierownikiem Centralnego Zespołu Artystycznego Związku Harcerstwa Polskiego. Za swe zasługi rada miasta nadała mu tytuł Honorowego obywatela Kudowy Zdroju.

One of the attractions of Kudowa Zdrój is Music Garden named by scout Wladyslaw Skoraczewski, located in the spa park. In the garden in the midst of the green there are metal musical instruments: piano, double bass and harp. In addition, the conductor's desk is located next to it.
Wladyslaw Skoraczewski, lived in the years 1919-1980. He was the initiator and artistic director of the first Moniuszko Festival in 1962. He was an opera singer, soloist of the Teatr Wielki in Warsaw, conductor, scout instructor, founder and head of the Central Artistic Team of the Polish Scouting Association. For his merit the city council gave him the title of Honorary citizen of Kudowa Zdrój.
