The Little Bridge can be found at the Co-ordinates and you need to
go there to find the information you require to find the cache.
You won't always be able to cross the bridge to the beach when the tide is incoming and on the turn.

You are looking for number of steps to lock gates = B C (even number )
How many upright poles on hand rail on the steps ? = D
CHECKSUM ABCD = 18
The cache can be found : N 50° 49.(A-B) B (B+D)
