Frolickin: I checked this out today. I was surprised at the message on the board. Indeed it is private property. That itself is not surprising. It, however, stated that a NJ Audobon Society card can be required of anyone on the property. I suspect most cachers would not have this.
I grew up with the family that runs the farms and owns the land. I never realized this area that we used to play in is off-limits.
I pulled the cache and will archive it. I do not think there would have been any trouble keeping it here, but to be safe and cause no issues it is gone.
