Cette cache est une cache hommage aux anciennes caches dites "Webcam". Il s'agit d'une courte multi (une étape), avec un container physique à la clé qu'il faudra obligatoirement signer pour valider la cache.
La première étape vous fera passer devant la webcam du ballon captif de Paris. Elle est rafraîchie toutes les dix secondes et même si une capture d'image n'est pas obligatoire pour valider la cache n'hésitez pas à en poster si le coeur vous en dit. (La montée en ballon n'est évidement pas obligatoire)
La parcours se fait dans le parc André Citroën, attention aux horaires.
This cache is a tribute to the old grandfathered "Webcam" caches. But it's still a multi-cache (a tiny one, only one step) with a real physical box at the end (the logbook must be signed to validate the cache)
The first waypoint will bring you in front of the "balloon of Paris" webcam. It's refreshed every ten seconds, a picture is not required to validate the cache but do not hesitate to post one anyway. (The visit of the balloon is not required, of course)
The multi takes place in the park André Citroën, watch out for the schedules.

Vous vous trouvez devant l'accueil du ballon captif. En haut à gauche vous pouvez voir la webcam du ballon.
Sur le côté de la webcam se trouve un étiquette sue laquelle est inscrit une lettre suivie d’un nombre à deux chiffres (voir photo)
Soit A la valeur de cette lettre (a=1, b=2,…)
Soit B le nombre qui la suit
Si vous voulez profiter du ballon il vous faudra payer un droit d’entrée.
Soit C (le prix plein tarif) - (le prix du vol en réalité virtuelle)
Soit D (le prix tarif réduit) - 2
Soit E l’âge en dessous duquel les enfants ne paient pas

You are in front of the office of the balloon. At the top left you can see the webcam . On the side of the webcam is a label with a letter followed by a two-digit number (see picture)
Let A be the value of this letter (a = 1, b = 2, ...)

If you want to enjoy the balloon you will have to pay a fee.
