Event details are as follows:
- Time: 12h30 - 15h30
- Date: Saturday 19 August 2017
- Venue: Lapa/Braai Area, Palmiet Nature Reserve
There is no charge to enter the Nature Reserve or use the Boma, there is a small fee payable for the hire of the Braai grids which will be confirmed with us by the end of July (New, Large Braai's have been built and they are still deciding on what to charge)
As this is a NPO and there is no entrance fee we thought it would be a good idea to work on a donation system, R15 per adult and R5 per child under 12, which will then be handed over to Palmiet after the event. This will help with the general upkeep of the Reserve.
What to bring:
- Your own meat and drinks
- Half a bag of Charcoal
- A Salad to share (please post what you are bringing in your will attend log so we don't all bring the same thing)
- Chairs/Picnic blanket
- If you have a fold up table this will be a good idea as they don't have tables.
We will be caching in the reserve before the event, so if anyone else would like to join us we will meet in the parking area at 07h00.
