Welcome to the fourteenth World Wide Flash Mob event!
Started in 2007 by a couple of cachers in California, the first WWFM was attended by a thousand folks at 20 events in two countries. for three years cachers hosted events twice a year- since 2010 it has been a single date each year. if you attended a WWFM last year you were part of 8080 geocachers flashing in 27 countries at 280 events…. all at the same time.
this years theme is simply to get together for good company and conversation. come early, stay late- come and go as you wish; the actual flash mob starts at 1:00 pm. bring your own food and drink, i'll have a grill to cook on.
Same location as last year- the North Street Playground pavilions (from the street, the one on the right) in Waterville, Maine. Diagonally across from the Maine General Medical Center. Look around for the guy in the kilt.
