EVENT RELEASE FORM *Everyone attending the event must provide a signed Release Form. Submitting these in advance of the event helps our planning and preparation of name badges, etc.
MEAL AND PRODUCT ORDER FORM
Tucked away in the hills of eastern Oklahoma, Greenleaf State Park offers spectacular scenery and is a family-friendly state park. The park includes Lake Greenleaf as well as cabins, campgrounds, family recreation facilities and nature hiking trails. The hiking trails are extensive and provide beautiful scenic views as well as challenging terrain. Greenleaf State park and its surrounding area already hold a number of permanent geocaches, some with a very high D/T rating.
Activities include:
* Hide and Seek: The main event! Use your imagination to create the best cache. Hide it and they will seek. RULES and CACHE FORM
* Geo-Bingo: How well do you know your fellow geocachers? Break the ice with this great get-to-know-you game!
* Children's Games: Fun for the younger cachers and the young at heart. Our main objective is to have a great time and maybe find a few caches and make some new friends.
* Other fun activities, sessions and general geocaching good times.
* 112 uses for BBQ Sauce: (A separate event on September 29th!) Bring your best BBQ recipe and have it judged by the group. (As long as it has BBQ sauce in it or on it, it is eligible to be judged.)
Schedule:
Saturday Registration will open at 8:30am. Geo-Bingo will begin at 10:30am, Hide & Seek caches should be placed by 11am and coordinates will be released as near Noon as possible. Sunday prize drawings will begin at 11am.
Accommodations:
* Fall Fest Headquarters will be in the Hoot Owl Shelter in the Gobbler Ridge Campground.
* There are 42 RV Sites in the Gobbler Ridge Campground. Sarah Bridgeman has reserved 20 of these closest to the lodge for Fall Fest. Sites 12-31 (This is so we can have the shelter for free.) $44.00 for both nights. Contact Sarah to reserve one of these sites.

* There are also additional unimproved tent sites on Gobbler Ridge at a cost of $12 per night. These sites are first come, first served.

* Greenleaf State Park's 16 Cabins are very popular and book up quickly, but you can make reservations online.
Directions: From I-40, Exit 287 (Gore/Webbers Falls), travel 12 miles following Hwy 100 to Hwy 10, then Hwy 10 N to park. From Tulsa area: Take Muskogee Turnpike south and exit on Hwy 62 East. Follow 3 miles and take Hwy 10 headed south. Park is 3 miles south of Braggs on left. (Or follow the Oklahoma Land Run)
Event meal: This year at Fall Fest year we are hosting one meal on Saturday evening. The Meal will catered by Arizona Mexican Restaurant out of Tulsa. We will be serving tacos, enchiladas and quesadillas with all the fixings, drinks, etc. Cost for the meal is $12

DONATIONS to help cover expenses, insurance, etc. are appreciated. Any donation of $100 will receive your name or company name on the back of the event T-Shirt!
