For 2017, we're getting a bit more adventurous - we have a Team and plan to serve both hot and cold refreshments.
badgerbaby and Wibsey Wench have kindly offered to do the catering and will be preparing Jacket Potatoes with a variety of specially prepared fillings.
Most dietary needs will be catered for but if you have any concerns please contact badgerbaby and/or Wibsey Wench.

We ask for a suggested voluntary contribution of £2.00 per person to help cover costs of food and venue hire. This is NOT obligatory.
We will be holding a RAFFLE.

The 2015 and 2016 Events were very successful so please bear in mind that places are limited to 60 .

Only two days to go.
The films have arrived and are sorted ready for screening.
We are fully booked with a short waiting list so if you know you can't come PLEASE let me know asap so I can alert the waiters.
We will open doors at 10.45. Please be prompt but don't arrive early. - We have plenty of helpers and don't want to be tripping over cachers while we prepare things.
There will be a raffle. Any donations of prizes will be welcome.
