Geocache Description:

Onboard Geocoin Poker Tournament and
Meet & Greet

This event will follow GEOCOINFEST 2017 inside the extravagant Britannia Salon aboard the iconic
RMS Queen Mary on October 14, 2017 at 6:00 pm.

Geocoin Poker Rules and Guidelines:
We will be playing No-Limit Texas Hold'em.
The tournament will contain 40 players maximum.
When more than 40 players register to play, a lottery system is used to choose the 40 players who will be seated.
All interested participants' names will be put in a hat and the 40 seats will be drawn at random with the remaining interested participants put on the waiting list in the order they are drawn.
Wait list players must be present when your name is called to accept an open seat.
A 3 geocoin buy-in is the requirement for play, subject to the Tournament Directors (Coby Boring and Jason Judt) review and approval. Coins must be un-activated and non-micro.
Your buy-in reserves your seat in the tournament.
There are no re-buys or add-ons allowed during the tournament.
The tournament begins promptly at the published start time.
Rules will be reviewed 10 minutes prior to game play.
Please check in with The Tournament Directors for your spot with your geocoins for buy-in no later than 30 minutes prior to tournament start to hold your seat.
If you are not present 30 minutes prior to start of the tournament, your seat will automatically be forfeited to a wait list player.
Seats for wait list players will open up 30 minutes prior to start until the tournament seats fill up.

Please CLEARLY indicate in your Will Attend log on this cache page that you want to have your name added to the list of possible players. "I'm in" or "Count me in" doesn't tell us you want to play. Please be clear. Thank you!

To come aboard the Queen Mary Free of charge, you and every person in your party ages 4 and over must be registered on our website for Geocoinfest at any of the available levels.
Everyone with a paid registration level will also get Free Parking.

All others will be subject to parking and boarding fees.

Simply posting a Will Attend on this cache page will not allow you Free access to board.
