To score this cache you will be passing by Buckingham Fountain to reach another building nearby. When you reach that building, send me an email describing what you see here!
Post a log indicating that you have found it, but do not post the answer here, not even if you encrypt it.
No need to wait for a verification from me. If your email is correct, your log will stand. If your email contains the wrong answer, or if you log without sending the email, your log will be deleted. The light show starts at 9:00 p.m. in case you choose to hunt this virtual cache during the evening hours.
The fountain will be turned off before winter, and back on in spring. Have fun!
