6e Tilburgs Trappisten Event

In het landschap ten Oosten van Tilburg zijn de torens van de trappistenabdij "Onze Lieve Vrouw van Koningshoeven" al meer dan een eeuw beeldbepalend. Wie binnendoor van Tilburg naar Moergestel rijdt, passeert even buiten de stad het kloostercomplex. Wat bracht eind negentiende eeuw monniken ertoe zich op deze plek te vestigen? En hoe verging het hen daar?
Dit zijn vragen die prima passen bij een Mysterie... Maar daar komen we hier niet voor.
Waar wel voor hoor ik jullie denken... Wat dachten jullie van wederom een gezellig event, (alweer de zesde editie van deze "serie") in de TUIN van deze fraaie abdij? (Daar staat toevallig ook een leuk proeflokaal), waar we op
ZATERDAG 7 april tussen 16:00u en 18:30u
(onder het genot van een drankje) gezellig kunnen geokletsen.
Wat kost dat dan wel niet? Nou eigenlijk helemaal niets... Ja, als je binnen iets besteld aan de bar, moet je dat zelf afrekenen, dat kan je dus helemaal zelf bepalen.
Komen er ook nieuwe caches online? Nee, maar GC23XT2 ligt net buiten de Abdij en er ligt verder genoeg leuks in de omgeving voor de rest van de dag... (of net als ons voor misschien wel een heel weekend!).
Let op!
Aangezien binnen maar plek is voor zo'n 100 gasten (en het aantal aanmeldingen voor dit event de andere jaren erg hoog was) is het Event zelf in de tuin van de abdij (na de bocht, rechts bij de bankjes). Het is natuurlijk vrij om te kijken of er naast het event binnen / op het terras een plekje vrij is! Voordeel hiervan is dat het NIET nodig is om te werken met een maximum of wachtlijst!
Het event is ook prima per bus bereikbaar: Vanaf station Tilburg, buslijn 141 richting Eindhoven. Uitstappen bij de halte *Berkel-Enschot, Trappistenklooster Koningshoeven* Deze is vóór het Poortgebouw van de abdij

In the landscape to the east of Tilburg the towers of the Trappistabbey "Onze Lieve Vrouw van Koningshoeven" have been shown for more than a century. (while enjoying a drink?). What does it cost? Well, nothing at all ... Yes, if you order something in the bar, you have to pay it yourself, so you can decide for yourself.
Are there any new caches online? No, but the GC23XT2 is just outside the Abbey and there's plenty of fun in the area for the rest of the day... (or just like us, maybe for a whole weekend!).
Pay attention!
As there is only room inside for 100 guests (and the number of entries for this event the other years were very high), the Event itself is in the abbey garden (after the turn, right at the banks at the geocaching flag). Of course it is free to see if there's a place in the tasting room next to the event! The advantage of this is that it is NOT necessary to work with a maximum or a waiting list!
The event is also well accessible by bus: From Tilburg CS, bus 141 to Eindhoven. Get off at the stop * Berkel-Enschot, Trappistenklooster Koningshoeven * This is right in front of the Abbey Gate.

In der Landschaft östlich von Tilburg sind seit mehr als einem Jahrhundert die Türme der Trappistabbey "Onze Lieve Vrouw van Koningshoeven" zu sehen. Wer von Tilburg nach Moergestel fährt, fährt vor der Stadt, dem Klosterkomplex vorbei. Was veranlasste Mönche, sich Ende des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts an diesem Ort niederzulassen? Und wie sind sie dorthin gekommen? Das sind Fragen, die perfekt zu einem Geheimnis passen... Aber wir kommen nicht wegen eines Mysteriums hierher.Aaber woher kommen wir für?
Was denkst du über ein schönes event, (wieder das sechste in einer Reihe) im GARTEN dieser schönen Abtei? (Es gibt auch einen schönen (bier) Verkostungsraum mit Terrasse), wo wir gemütlich chillen und reden können, am
Samstag 7. April zwischen 16:00 und 18:30 Uhr
(bei einem trink?), Was kostet es? Nun, überhaupt nichts ... Ja, wenn Sie etwas in der Bar bestellen, müssen Sie es selbst bezahlen, damit Sie selbst entscheiden können. Gibt es neue Caches? Nein, aber das GC23XT2 befindet sich außerhalb der Abtei und es gibt viel Spaß in der Gegend für den Rest des Tages... (oder genau wie wir, vielleicht für ein ganzes Wochenende!).
Pass auf!
Da es innen nur Platz für 100 Gäste gibt (und die Anzahl der Anmeldungen für diese Veranstaltung waren die anderen Jahre sehr hoch), befindet sich das Event selbst im Abteigarten (nach der Wende, direkt am Ufer beim geocaching flag). Natürlich ist es frei zu sehen, ob neben dem Event ein Platz im Raum ist! Das hat den Vorteil, dass man NICHT mit einer Maximal- oder Warteliste arbeiten muss!
Diesem event ist auch gut mit dem Bus erreichbar: Vom Bahnhof Tilburg CS, Bus 141 nach Eindhoven. Steigen Sie an der Haltestelle * Berkel-Enschot, Trappistenklooster Koningshoeven *aus. Dies ist direkt vor dem Abtei.
