Geocache Description:

 

An unusual place for a village sign even if I do say so myself.

This location saw some terrible rioting only a few years ago and since then funding and community spirit has seen vast improvements.  So much so it has been awarded its own village sign.


If anybody would like to expand this series please do. I would just ask that you let Smokeypugs know first so they can keep track of the Village Sign numbers and names to avoid duplication.


To find the cache at the sign look around for a large "H". This has two numbers on. Add the smaller number to the larger number. You should then be left with a three digit number. This is X.

To find the cache use N 51 23.[X+67] W 000 06.[(5 multiplied by X) +15]

Photo's of you at the village sign would be nice but not obligatory.

The cache is a short walk away and unfortunately the parking around here is bad. Very busy area but plenty of paid street parking all around. Free evenings and Sundays. The cache is in a very high muggle area so pretend to be on your mobile.
