VS #1009 Yaxham Multi-cache

 Village signs is a series of caches based on the ornate signs that depict the heritage, history and culture of the villages that put them up (normally on the village green!).

Yaxham is a village and civil parish in centre of the English county of Norfolk. The parish includes the village of Yaxham, together with the neighbouring community of Clint Green. Together, they lay some 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Dereham and 20 miles (32 km) west of Norwich

At the given coordinates you will find the village sign. The plaque on the planter dedicated to DENIS LACEY CROSS shows two years.
