This particular addition to the series (although the classification of "Arts" might be pushing the limits for some) was suggested by Brambler who also provided much of the material here.
To find the cache you will first need to identify this person (X). X well deserves to be documented as part of the evolution of the 70's and has their own Blue Plaque in London.
X was born just outside Surrey, but was raised, lived, died, and was buried in Surrey.
X appeared in many films and other media, but perhaps there are two that stand out:
- Film one had a notably long run in the West End.
- Film two was about the explosive rise and demise of another 70's art form.
As with some other shooting stars of that era, X's light went out way too early. Neither X nor the star of film two lived to see the finished film.
The name we remember X by was neither their birth name, nor the name on their gravestone.
Once you have identified X you will need to visit the gravestone, which is near the western boundary.
If you stand facing it then next to it on the left is another grave with the dates 1ABC-1DEF. Behind it is another grave with two pairs of dates, the upper being 1GHJ-1KLM
The cache can then be found a short walk away at N51 (K-L)(G-A).M(F-H)(C-F) W000 (B+C+H).HEE
PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE GETTING TO THE FINAL LOCATION - THERE IS A SAFE WAY TO GET THERE THAT SHOULD BE EASY TO FIND
