View to Agios Nikolaos
Fährt man vom alten Hafen (Voulismeni See) in Agios Nikolaos, entlang des Meeres Richtung Elounda, sieht man rechts eine Landzunge mit Hotelanlagen. Der mir bekannte Name ist Agios Nikolaos Bucht, zumal das Kirchlein darauf Agios Nikolaos Kirche heisst.
Ein Abstecher an das Südende dieser Bucht lohnt sich allemal, denn von dort gibt es zur Belohnung den wahrscheinlich schönsten Blick auf Agios Nikolaos.
View to Agios Nikolaos
Going from the old harbor (Voulismeni lake) in Agios Nikolaos, along the sea to Elounda, you will see on the right a peninsula with hotel facilities. The only name I know is Agios Nikolaos Bay, because the church there is called Agios Nikolaos church.
A detour to the south end of this bay is worthwhile, because from there is probably the most beautiful view of Agios Nikolaos.
