*Signal the Frog was born close to this monument when geocaching was a little known hobby many years ago. As frog spawn he was left abandoned in a Dartmoor stream and soon grew from Tadpole to Froglet. He could feel a yearning for plastic boxes, nanos and ammo cans. But alas whilst going to school in nearby Frogmore he was kidnapped by a mean Chaffinch. One day he managed to hop out of the Chaffinch nest and hopped down the road where he came across a friendly Goose. The Goose was heading to Seattle which the Goose explained was across the pond. This sounded great as Signal loved ponds. So Signal hitched a ride to Seattle where Geocaching HQ adopted him as the geocaching mascot!
