You may be able to get some "Poke" at the listing coordinates (though I have never tried it), and you may also find some Pokémon around there, but the cache is not there.
In order to "evolve" a Pokémon, you need to collect a certain number of "candy" for that type of Pokémon. For example, to evolve a Pidgey, you need 12 Pidgey candy, but to evolve a Spearow you need 50 Spearow candy.
Your task is simple: Given the following collection of Pokémon and candy, figure out the maximum number of evolutions that can be accomplished. Just a matter of division, you ask? Well, sort of, but there are some interesting nuances that you will have to find out about.
