Geocache Description:

This iconic 1999 movie by the Wachowski sisters, was only their second cinematic production; it netted 4 Oscars, was "set" in Chicago in the year 2199, yet filmed in Sydneys brand new studios and had a large Australian cast and crew.

"You take the blue pill - the story ends, you wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill - you stay in Wonderland and I show you how deep the rabbit-hole goes."

You don't need to have seen or even appreciate the movie for all its importance, but guaranteed you will need to watch the first minute again to get this GZ

The glyphs on the computer screen throughout the movie trilogy, with the exception of the call traces, consists of reversed letters, numbers, and Japanese katakana characters. The opening scene shows a series of numbers emerging from the source code.

In the opening shots; (after the blinking green cursor, call trans opt,) there's a date and a time stamp and a REC:Log, then Trinitys voiceover is heard while a trace program starts.

The trace program is finding an open line (in Chicago) so if you watch it with pen and paper at the ready, you will discover there is a 10 digit number that is all important to solving this fairly simple puzzle.

But it will only give you 9 digits. 1 of the (3 digit area code) numbers are missing so using clues contained here already and your problem solving abilities you should be able to find Neos full landline phone number.

Enter it as 10 digits, (no spaces or parenthesises) in the link below for your answer.

.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
I'm told it is a heck of a lot easier to solve than the other cache on a similar theme (GC52N9K). Worth checking out if you are a Matrix fan. While not a logging requirement: If you call the number, let me know who answers!
