Inaugurée en 1993, la Technopole d’ESTER Limoges (Espace Scientifique et Technologique d’Echanges et de Recherche) est avant tout un pôle de ressources spécialisé autour de 5 pôles de compétences (céramiques, matériaux et traitements de surfaces / eau et environnement / biotechnologies et santé / ingénierie / électronique, optique et télécoms) qui a pour vocation d’accueillir et d’accompagner les projets d’innovation et de haute technologie.
L'emblématique bâtiment central, surnommé "la soucoupe", se trouve au coeur d’un parc de 210 Ha. Construit et inauguré en 1993, ce bâtiment est l’œuvre de deux architectes : Jacques Charon et Yves Bayarda et a été labellisé patrimoine du XX° siècle en 2004.
Les rues du site ont des noms qui rappellent de grands moments de la conquête spatiale comme Columbia, Skylab, Gémini, Soyouz, Ariane ...
Quoi de plus naturel de faire un clin d'oeil à nos amis géocacheurs locaux qui ont choisi quelques symboles extraterrestres comme avatar... ils se reconnaîtront !
Pourquoi "VERT" ?
Ma première cache posée (GC3VHY2) était une boîte verte, avec un stylo vert, un log book vert et des objets d'échange verts. Ainsi est née l'idée de placer les caches qui ont suivi sous le signe du "VERT" et de proposer un défi consistant à y déposer de préférence des objets "VERTs". Ce défi ne peut malheureusement pas concerner les caches de taille nano ou micro.
Merci de bien refermer la boîte pour l'étanchéité !
Un crayon a été placé dans la boîte au départ mais ce type d'outil a une fâcheuse propention à disparaître donc prévoyez de quoi écrire ...

The symbolic central building, nicknamed " the saucer ", is at the heart of a park of 210 Ha. Built and inaugurated in 1993, this building is the work of two architects: Jacques Charon and Yves Bayarda and has been certified heritage of XX ° century in 2004.
The streets of the site have names which remind great moments of the space exploration as Columbia, Skylab, Gémini, Zoyouz, Ariane...
What could be more natural to give a wink to our friends local geocachers who chose some extraterrestrial symbols as avatar ... they will recognize themselves!
Why "VERT" ?
My first geocache ( GC3VHY2) was a green box, with a green pen, a green log book and green items for exchange. So was born the idea to place the caches which followed under the sign of the "VERT" ("GREEN" in French) and to propose a game consisting in depositing there rather "VERT" objects. This game cannot unfortunately concern the caches in nano or micro size.

A pencil was placed in the box at first but this type of tool has an annoying propensity to disappear thus bring your own pen ...
