Greenback: What a fun event, sad to say I have to wait a year for the next one, but then again, I don't want to overdue a good thing :)

Geocache Description:

WHY:
Late dawn, and Early sunset equals short day and a looonnng night. For us in the Northern Hemisphere, the December (Winter) Solstice marks the longest night and shortest day of the year. Meanwhile, on this day in the Southern Hemisphere they are experiencing their longest day and shortest night of the year. Technically speaking, the Winter Solstice is December 21 at 10:44 UTC (or 4:44 a.m. CST), but 4:44 a.m. seemed like a poor choice for an event, so read on.

Today is a day to celebrate because beginning tomorrow, our days will start to grow longer YEAH! So come on out and celebrate with me, I'm giving away free hugs, but don't worry, hugging is not required.

WHEN:
Wednesday December 21st
7:00pm til 8:00pm

WHERE:
McDonalds (Meeting inside the restaurant)
935 N York Rd,
