La gare du Porge se trouvait sur la ligne Facture-Lesparre au kilomètre 33,9. Il existait également deux arrêts facultatifs depuis Lège, à La Saussouze et à Lauros. Sur ce secteur, la ligne, inaugurée en 1884, servait principalement au transport des produits issus de l'exploitation forestière : poteaux de mine et fûts de résine. La commune était particulièrement florissante au début du 20ème siècle. Elle fût l'une des premières communes à être doté d'un réseau électrique 220 V dès 1923. Les vélos ont depuis remplacé les trains mais la forêt reste à la base de l'économie locale. La gare abrite maintenant la Croix Rouge locale.

The Porge Station was on the line Facture-Lesparre at kilometer 33.9. There were also two optional stops from Lège, at La Saussouze and Lauros. In this sector, the line, inaugurated in 1884 was mainly used for the transportation of forest products: mine poles and resin drums. The commune was particularly flourishing at the beginning of the 20th Century. It was one of the first municipalities to be equipped with a 220 V electricity network as soon as 1923. The bicycles have since then replaced the trains but the forest remains at the base of the local economy. The station now houses the local Red Cross.
