Another SideTracked Cache in Swindon, the home of the GWR.
The Swindon and Cricklade Railway is a working Steam Railway currently being restored. Steam Trains usually run at weekends.
The Cache is placed on a public road and gives you an excellent vantage point to observe a little nostalgia. You might want to visit the railway and get close up! Take a camera and post a photo.
The location of the cache is on a pavement area and is safe for everyone, please take care walking to and from the cache location as there is no verge or pavement, I parked on the Purton side approximately 100 metres from the bridge in a small pull in.
The container is a Bison Tube and is hidden at the NW corner, it should be an easy find since I believe the location is most important in hiding a Geocache.
