Bishop Grosseteste University is an Anglican foundation. It was founded in 1862 as the Diocesan Teacher Training College for Women and lies within the parish of
St Nicholas, Newport.
Although the published coordinates lie just within the University Campus, the cache itself does not. The campus boasts a cinema, a coffee shop and the refectory, all of which are open toi the public
.At the coordinates you will find an information board about the history of the chapel. This is one of a number of interpretation boards around the campus which form a history tour which the public can walk around and which form the waypoints for my cache "An Educational History Tour"
