Cette cache avait été archivée en janvier 2016 car son emplacement était devenu une propriété privée. Elle renaît aujourd'hui en terrain public, pour vous reparler de cette belle église romane, qui fut donnée par les seigneurs du lieu à l’abbaye de Lagrasse en 994.
En 1118, le pape Gélase II (1118/1119) confirma la donation à cette abbaye.
En 1224, elle dépendit de l’abbaye de Foix.
Elle fut incendiée en octobre 1811 par les miquelets espagnols venus piller Ax les Thermes.

This cache had been archived in january 2016 because its location had become a private property. It comes back to life today on public land, to tell you again about this beautiful Romanesque church, which was given to the abbey of Lagrasse by the lords of the place in 994.
In 1118, Pope Gelasius II (1118/1119) confirmed the donation to the abbey.
In 1224, it was dependent on the abbey of Foix.
It was burnt in October 1811 by the Spanish Migueletes who had come to plunder Ax les Thermes.
