There is nothing hidden at the posted coordinates
Welcome to the NoVAGO Murder Mystery series! This cache is #5 of eleven caches placed for the series. As a prerequisite to finding this cache, you must first find 2016 NoVAGO Murder Mystery #3- Tony Shark to obtain the clue to decipher the letter from Pepper Piranha. Take note of the clues, but don’t take the clues, in each cache container. It will contain info needed to contact HQ and get your next assignment.
Pepper Piranha is the off-again/on-again girlfriend of Tony Shark. She has worked for the same defense subcontractor as Tony for years. However, even though romantically linked, she refuses to call him, "Steel Dude" because it is a ridiculous name and she is far above that.
Pepper has been working behind the scenes, and believes that she is the one that's really responsible for Tony Shark's past sucesses. She is an incredibly adept engineer in her own right, but Tony likes to claim the glory for himself, always "sharksplaining" things to her in the most condescending fashion. She often questions why she isn't more off-again than on-again with him.
Mysteriously, during Tony's recent spate of crime, Pepper disappeared. When the normally perpetually punctual Pepper didn't show up for work at NoVaCom and they couldn't reach her, her supervisor, Scarlet Herring, contacted the police. Her whereabouts are currently unknown, but it is assumed that she got tired of Tony's alcoholic shenanigans and just left, but, then again, who knows, it's all pretty sudden and perhaps that's what Tony wants everyone to think. Yesterday at 10 AM, a warrant was issued to search Pepper's apartment. Information about what was found during the search can be obtained by providing the code from 2016 NoVAGO Murder Mystery #3 - Tony Shark
To receive the directions on how to complete this cache, you have two options (both options return the same info):
1) Include the key word or words from the Tony Shark cache (2016 Murder Mystery #3) in the subject line of an email to 2016.novago.mystery@gmail.com. An automated reply will provide you detailed information.
2) Download the following password-protected pdf file and create the password thusly: In all lower case enter the key word or words. If there is more than one word, include the space. So if the words were bouncy ball then password would be bouncy ball.
