Geocache Description:

Cache is hidden along the left bank of Arakawa Cycling Road.

The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established.
We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city.
Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day.

10月1日は東京都民の日です。東京の施政は1898年のこの日に始まりました。東京のジオキャッシンググループは共同でこの日を祝いキャッシュを設置しました。多くの都立の施設、公園、庭園、ホールの入場料は無料となります。

キャッシュは通称「荒川サイクリングロード」左岸沿いに隠しました。
