La cathédrale Sainte-Geneviève - Saint-Maurice de Nanterre est l'ancienne église paroissiale de la ville de Nanterre (actuel département des Hauts-de-Seine) érigée en cathédrale à la suite de la création du diocèse de Nanterre le 9 octobre 1966.
L'église a été entièrement reconstruite dans l'entre-deux guerres à l'initiative du chanoine Jules Froidevaux qui voulait doter le lieu de naissance de sainte Geneviève d'une basilique de pèlerinage digne de la sainte. Un programme iconographique ambitieux fut mis en place et conduit à la réalisation d'un ensemble unique de fresques des années 1930.
À l'inventaire des monuments historiques, le clocher du xive siècle, seul élément subsistant de l'ancienne église, est classé depuis le 5 mai 1975 et le bâtiment est inscrit en totalité depuis le 23 septembre 2010.

The church was completely rebuilt in the interwar period on the initiative of canon Jules Froidevaux who wanted to equip the place of birth of St. Genevieve a pilgrimage basilica worthy of the saint. An ambitious iconographic program was set up and led to the creation of a single set of frescoes from the 1930s.
In the historic monument inventory, the bell tower of the fourteenth century, the only remaining element of the former church, is classified since 5 May 1975 and the building is registered in full since September 23, 2010.
