These are strategically important structures that link two sides of a river and require ongoing oversight and maintenance. Without bridges we would be limited in time, space and opportunities. Sadly, many of our bridges are crumbling, rusting and becoming deformed. Make sure that you look at these bridges before they have collapsed! The bridge across the Gauja River at the Drusti train station in Zosēni, VO304, 3,300 km. The bridge across the Gauja was built in 1993, is 32.6 metres long, and is 4.7 metres wide. Pay attention to these disappearing treasures.
