Geocache Description:

Finding a cache in each town in the smallest state in the Union should be an easy task, until you actually go to do it and realize that the towns are huge and its not always clear where one ends and one begins. You take a look at the map and see that you are in Wyoming, Carolina, Wood River Junction, Shannock, or Kenyon and think "Wow, I'm really racking up new towns!". Then, you realize that you are still in Richmond proper. Rhode Island only has 39 towns, but apparently has 302,421 villages...or something like that. On to the cache. This rest stop recently reopened after several years of neglect. This will be a quick find for travelers heading north through Wyoming...or Rhode Island. Where are we again??? :)
