Es handelt sich hier um einen Power-Trail, der aus 38 Tradis besteht. Jeder einzelne Cache ist einem Prominenten aus der Schweiz gewidmet. Die Strecke ist rund 9,5 km lang und führt dich durch die Allmend bis nach Felben-Wellhausen und zurück nach Frauenfeld. Der Trail eignet sich besonders für Radfahrer.
This is a power trail with 38 tradis. Each cache is dedicated to a celebrity from Switzerland. The route is about 9.5 km and leads you through the Allmend to Felben-Wellhausen and back to Frauenfeld. The trail is particularly suitable for cyclists.
Stan Wawrinka
Stanislas «Stan» Wawrinka (* 28. März 1985 in Lausanne) ist ein Schweizer Tennisspieler. Er spielt seit 2002 auf der Profitour der ATP. Am 12. Mai 2008 stand er erstmals unter den Top 10 der Tennis-Weltrangliste. Im selben Jahr wurde er mit Roger Federer Olympiasieger im Doppel. Seit April 2013 wird er vom ehemaligen schwedischen Tennisspieler Magnus Norman trainiert, mit dem er am 26. Januar 2014 seinen bis dahin grössten Einzel-Erfolg erreichte, den Titelgewinn bei den Australian Open. Durch diesen Sieg erreichte er mit Position drei in der Weltrangliste die bisher beste Platzierung seiner Karriere. 2015 gewann er den Final der French Open und 2016 der US Open jeweils gegen Novak Đoković.
Stanislas "Stan" Wawrinka (born 28 March 1985) is a Swiss professional tennis player currently ranked world No. 3 in men's singles by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). Wawrinka is a three-time Grand Slam tournament winner, Olympic champion and Davis Cup champion for his country. He achieved a top-10 ranking by the ATP for the first time on 12 May 2008, and reached a career peak of world No. 3 on 27 January 2014, at the same time as he became the Swiss No. 1. He has reached three Grand Slam singles finals in his career, winning all three: the 2014 Australian Open, the 2015 French Open and the 2016 US Open; each time he defeated the reigning world number one in the championship match (Rafael Nadal once and Novak Djokovic twice, respectively). Wawrinka has reached a world ranking of no. 3. At the Masters level he has played in three finals, winning one (the 2014 Monte-Carlo Masters). In doubles and team tennis for Switzerland, he has won a gold medal in the men's doubles event at the 2008 Summer Olympics, partnering with Roger Federer, and the Davis Cup in 2014. He played in the longest doubles match in history at the 2013 Davis Cup, in a tie against the Czech Republic, partnering with Marco Chiudinelli.
