Geocache Description:

The League of Extraordinary Cachers (LEC)

Formed in 2015, the League of Extraordinary Cachers are a group of enthusiastic, independent geocachers, who; enjoy shared geocaching adventures, want to meet as many geocachers as possible and encourage geocaching, whilst having lots and lots of fun. We champion the use of digital technology including Facebook, YouTube and Twitter and use them to promote geocaching worldwide, with great success!

The LEC – End Of Year Report

So how was 2016 for you? Did you achieve all you set out to do? What were your highlights? What were your successes? What challenges did you encounter? What would you have done differently?

These are some of the questions that we will try to answer at the LEC's final monthly meet up of 2016. We will be reviewing and reporting on what has happened over the last 12 months, celebrating successes and the challenges we've come across.

We already have lots to share, but would like more, so if you have any stories and/or photos that you would like to share with us, please let us have them by using Message Center to send a message to our geocaching profile (above) by Sunday 20th November 2016 and we will try to include them in our report.

The Event Information

The event will be at the given coordinates on Sunday 11th December 2016 from 2pm to 4pm.

Party snacks and light refreshments will be available, but to ensure that there are sufficient amounts please log your intention to attend as soon as possible.

Parking is available nearby and there are no known restrictions, other than any visible yellow lines (etc). However, you'll need to pick your spot carefully, as it can be busy at times and please don't park in front of any drives or garages.

There will be an event log to sign and a very appropriate container for TBs and Geocoins.

Finally, a donation of £2 per adult would be much appreciated towards the cost of hiring the hall.

So, why not come along, you'll be made to feel very welcome
