This cache is placed and maintained by Poke'Frog.

This cache is part of the Filmed In Spokane Geo-Tour 2016.  It is located along a public bike path that runs alongside the Liberty Lake Golf Course. We chose this location to place a golf themed geocache because the movie The Joneses was partially filmed at a golf course in the Spokane Area. You have to leave the bike path and venture into a small wooded area so it is not quite handi-cachable due to the need to navigate typical forest debris.

Movie Synopsis: "The Joneses" is a social commentary on our consumerist society. Perfect couple Steve and Kate Jones (David Duchovny and Demi Moore) and their gorgeous teen-aged children Jen and Mick (Amber Heard and Ben Hollingsworth) are the envy of their posh, suburban neighborhood filled with mansions and all the trappings of the upper middle class. Kate is the ultimate trend setter - beautiful, sexy, dressed head-to-toe in designer labels. Steve is the admired successful businessman who spends most of his time at the golf course and has it all: a gorgeous wife, big house and an endless supply of high-tech toys. Jen and Mick rule their new school as they embody all that is hip and trendy - cool clothes, fast cars and the latest gadgets. But as the neighbors try to keep up with the Joneses, none are prepared for the truth about this all-to-perfect family.
