Cmentarz nr 26 w Sławęcinie, z II Okręgu Cmentarnego – Jasło. Projektantem tej, zbudowanej w latach 1916-17 nekropoli wojskowej jest Johann Jäger. Pochowano tu żołnierzy poległych w najbliższej okolicy w walkach pomiędzy 15 a 29.12.1914r., w czasie nieudanej kontrofensywy wojsk austro-węgierskich i niemieckich, której celem była odsiecz oblężonej przez Rosjan Twierdzy Przemyśl. W krwawej bitwie pod Jasłem 8 Armia rosyjska 3 Armię austro-węgierską. Pochowano tu też poległych 5.05.1915 r. podczas bitwy gorlickiej. Pozycje obronne rosyjskiego III Korpusu Kaukaskiego i resztek rozbitego X Korpusu przełamała m. in. austro-węgierska 12 Dywizja Piechoty z VI Korpusu, złożona z 80% z Polaków. Na cmentarzu znajdują się także mogiły żołnierzy, którzy odnieśli rany w walkach i zmarli w miejscowym lazarecie. W śród grobów znajduje się mogiła Aleksandra Fuka poległego w 1918 r. Całość nekropoli tworzy 40 pojedynczych i 5 zbiorowych mogił, otoczonych murkiem z łamanego kamienia. Centralny umieszczony obelisk w kształcie piramidy, zakończony prostym krzyżem. Pochowano tutaj żołnierzy z armii: austro-węgierskiej: 62 z pułków piechoty (IR 20,56), 27 Pułku Piechoty Landwery (LIR 27), 4 Tyrolskiego PP. (TKJR 4), 15 Pułku Haubic Polowych (FHR 15), 7 etapowego bat. Landwery; niemieckiej: 1 żołnierz z 2 Królewskiego Pruskiego Pułku Grenadierów (KPGR 2); rosyjskiej: 284 żołnierzy.

The war cemet ery No 26 in Sławęcin (the II Cemetery Region In Jasło) was designet by Johann Jäger. It was established In 1916-1917. There were buried the soldiers killed on 15 – 29 December 1914 during unsuccessful counteroffensive of Austro-Hungarian and German forces ageinst the Russian Army as well as during relieved Przemyśl fortress besieged by the Russians. In the battle for Jasło the 8th Russian Army defeated the 3rd Austro-Hungarian Army. There were buried the fallen on 5 May 1915 in the Battle of Gorlice. The III Caucasian Corps as well as the X Corps was defeated by the 12th Austo-Hungarian Infantry Division fron the VI Corps where 80% of Poles Served. There were also buried the soldiers who died of thier wounds In the field hospitals. Between the graves is located Aleksander Fuk’s grave. He died In 1918. The cemetery is surrounded with the stony wall. The central element of it is the obelisk in a shape of pyramid with a cross. In 40 individual and 5 common graves were buried the soldiers from armies: Austro-Hungarian – 62 from the infantry regiments (IR 20, 56) the 27th Landwehr Infantry Regiment (LIR 27), the 4th Tyrolean Infantry Regiment (TKJR 4), the 15th Field Howitzer Regiment (FHR 15); the 7th Landewhr Battalion. German - 1 from the 2nd Royal Prussian Grenadier Regiment (KPGR 2); Russian – 284 soldiers.
