Located in a lovely spot that I've always thought would benefit from a cache
Dick Smith was a local rambler who worked hard to fight for the access to the countryside that we all currently enjoy. This bridge bares a plaque in memory of him. If you look over the down stream side of the bridge you can just make out the stepping stones that preceded it - Usually completely covered by water. I for one am rather thankful we now have a bridge here.
