This cache was placed on Mother's Day in the Idaho Center for Outdoor Education area in Idaho City. The ICOE has been developed by the Basin School District to educate kids about recreation and the outdoors. You can park at the football field parking lot and it's an easy hike from there. Walk beyond the gate into the ICOE area. Bring a frisbee as this cache is located near the frisbee golf range.
