This series was inspired by a post in the Devon FB Group when Tammie asked if there was a Dartmoor series which her teenage son, Connor, could manage who is an amputee. None could be suggested, so I said that I would try to put one together - and this is the result. Tammie and Connor have kindly agreed to it being called Connor's Challenge.
This is nothing like a normal Dartmoor Dave series, with simple to find caches each with a hint and hopefully a touch of fun throughout.
Please note: Although not a difficult terrain, it is NOT wheelchair friendly.
Caches placed with the kind permission of the Dartmoor National Park Authority and the Forestry Commission.
Please DO NOT attempt this series in the dark.
This cache contains bonus information.
VERY IMPORTANT: After finding this cache, retrace your steps down the hill to the main path. Turn left and go over the stile and through the next gate. Turn right and follow the track down to Brimpts Farm. At the cross-tracks TURN RIGHT - DO NOT GO THROUGH THE MAIN COMPLEX. You will then join the public footpath to the remainder of the series.
