Un peu d'histoire
La Solidarité Aveyronnaise, présidée par Joseph Ayrignac, rédigea les règles du Championnat du jeu de Quilles le 6 juin 1912. La partie comportait huit coups et s'arrêtait à 15 mètres mais un neuvième coup à20 mètres fut rajouté par la suite.

A little history
The Aveyronnaise Solidarity, chaired by Joseph Ayrignac, wrote the rules of the game Bowling Championship June 6, 1912. The game featured eight shots and stopped 15 meters but a ninth shot a20 meters was added later.
1912: Consolidation of eight bowling
March 16, 1913: First meeting with nine hits in Paris.
1936 The Aveyronnaise Bowling Federation was founded and created the Aveyron named Pennant Championship.
1946: Creation of a Paris Committee and 1st edition of Championship of France team.
1951: 1st edition of the Individual Championship of France.
January 21, 1957: Creation of the French Federation of Sports Bowling, chaired by Robert Mazars.
1971: Creation of USEP bowling.
1986: bowling schools.
