Geocache Description:

1.8 mile (each way) paved and basically level trail to a little known view of Snoqualmie Falls (which is getting harder to see with the tree growth since we hid this cache -- the view is a little easier to see in the winter).

4/26/23 ... Did a little maintenance on the cache - replaced the soaked log with a new one and added a few new "treasures". Hoping seekers will remember to screw the top on the container well before rehiding. Thanks! Cache is a smallish clear plastic container with a 3" opening and yellow lid. Various goodies are contained within the cache but the real prize is the view...which has become a bit overgrown since this cache was placed in April of 2001. (Many Geocachers visiting this cache weren't even born when this cache was hidden!) Mt Si, Snoqualmie Falls and the valley are visible either along the way or very close to the "destination." You can access this cache on foot, bike, roller blades, velocipede, wheel chair, tricycle or other non-motorized means. Update: 03/2020 Original cache location has been reclaimed by mother earth and a new spot has been found. Coordinates are within 20' of the original spot. GPS gave these coords: 47.5441 -121.8510 CN97BN if you're using the Maidenhead grid square system! Please heed warnings about private property along the trail. Do yourself a favor and look at a map before heading to the falls.
