The event will be from 1:00-3:00. We will be outside under the pavilion right as you enter the museum property. Parking is just a few steps away. Today’s event will be a modified poker run. We will begin the meeting promply at 1:00 and at 1:30 you will be given the location of cards hidden around the outside property. You will be given an hour to find as many of the hidden locations and secure a sealed envelope with a card inside. Once you return, your cards will be verified and then you can unseal and create the best 5 card poker hand you can. Be sure you dust off your spectacles and eat all the carrots you can. You will need it to make your best finds.
After the hunters have created their best hand everyone will gather at 2:30 to cheer the lucky ones and applaud everyone who made the effort to have some fun. There will be some light refreshments and cool liquids for everyone to enjoy. If you want to bring your favorite cookie to add to ours go right ahead but you don’t have to to come and enjoy the day.
